Monsoon Season at Borneo & East Part

Well, now it's November - few days before December. Monsoon season now with heavy rainy at east part of Malaysia as well as Borneo. East part of Malaysia which Terengganu, Kelantan, Pahang as well as some part of Johor is struggling with flood - but now it getting better. Well, if you are going to visit islands here (Tioman Island, Perhentian Islands, Redang Island or Kapas Island - just mention the famous one), it is not advisable to do so and so dangerous! But I'm not sure about island in Borneo part which close to Philippine (such as Sipadan Island).
